Attention Parents! We now have an option that allows you to pay for pizza for the entire year. Simply enter your information below. Please note that our Spirit & Pizza days are the first Friday of each month. The cost for the year is $25.00 or you may opt to pay monthly for $5.00. If you choose to pay monthly, your money must be received no later than the Wednesday before Pizza Day. Due to this being a fundraiser for the school, we will not be able to offer refunds for students who are absent.
Beat the crowds and purchase this year's spirit shirts on-line. Simply click on the icon below, complete the requested information, make your payment and pick your shirt up from Mrs. Cefalu! It's that easy! Shirts are $15.00 (a little more for sizes larger than and X-Large).
We were recently acknowledged by the Louisiana State Department of Education as being a "Top Gains" School. This recognition is based on our students' exceptional rate of academic growth. We are so proud of our students and teachers! In fact, we were so excited about our success that we had a week long celebration. Check out the photos from our wonderful week.

Teacher Costume Contest
On Halloween, our teachers and staff participated in a costume contest. They all came in their best storybook character costume and won the hearts of our students. They all looked great, but three costumes stood out above the rest! Congratulations to Mrs. Barron, aka Viola Swamp, Mrs. Ashlock, aka Fancy Nancy and Mr. Lewis, aka Doctor Dolittle. These three individuals won a special prize for their costume choice!
Hats Off to The Hub
On November 1st, our Gators participated in our Holler for a Dollar challenge. Students and staff were asked to wear their favorite or wackiest hat to raise money for the The Hub, a local charity who gives back to our Shreveport community. During this event, we were able to raise $415.00. All of the money raised will be donated to this wonderful organization. Thank you to all of the families and staff that participated in this fun day. Our "hats go off" to The Hub!

Gators Give Back
I am so excited to announce that we collected almost 300 gifts for the children at Creswell Elementary. Thank you to all of the families that gave. We took class representatives from each homeroom to distribute the gifts to the boys and girls at Creswell. Everyone was so excited...our students in giving and the students at Creswell in receiving. Here are a few pictures of our journey of giving.
